Please use ConnectNOU with care for the people gathering with you.

Effective October 26, 2026. By using ConnectNOU, you agree to these rules. Contact support if you have questions before using the service.

Accounts and gatherings

Keep your password, recovery code and private invitation links secure. Provide accurate account and church information and represent a church only when authorized. Leaders are responsible for their group descriptions, schedules, invitations and admission decisions. A directory listing does not mean ConnectNOU has verified or endorsed that church.

Community conduct

Treat others respectfully. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate people, share illegal material, post spam or expose another person’s private information. Use the support form to report concerns and include the gathering name or link. Support requests are reviewed by the site operator; urgent safety concerns should be directed to the appropriate local emergency service.

Recording and AI notes

Recording is optional and requires an account. Explain recording to participants and obtain any consent required where you and they are located. Respect participants’ camera and voice choices. Do not redistribute a replay, transcript or personal information without permission. AI notes and translations can contain mistakes. Check teaching, names and Scripture references before relying on or sharing them.

Your content and privacy

You retain rights to content you create and give ConnectNOU permission to process and store it to provide the features you choose. You must have permission to upload or share content. Read the privacy page for storage and processing details. Account settings provide data export and deletion controls. Shared links can be copied by recipients; revoke them when access should end.

Availability and limits

ConnectNOU currently offers small live rooms for up to eight participants. Network conditions, browser permissions and device resources affect calls and recordings. Keep your own downloaded copies of important materials. Storage limits and retention are shown in account settings. Features may change as the service develops, and uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

We may restrict access to investigate abuse or protect the service. No paid subscription begins merely by creating an account. If future paid options are introduced, their terms and price will be presented before purchase.

Open a private support request for account access, privacy requests, content reports or problems using a feature. Save the private ticket link to return for the operator’s reply.
